Designing the Senses

Starting as part of the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards week of talks, this event has become a unique series of sensory meals where we invite guests to experience food in different environments with lighting, smell, touch and sound ad of course taste all playing a part. We then discuss how these different scenarios affect our perception and how we can include all of the senses, not just sight, in our designs.
